Some of our many benefits on offer include:Professional development fundingDiscounted Hotel & Resort stays globallySubsidised Private Health InsuranceWhat You’ll BringThis is a hands on position and therefore you will be able to demonstrate the following;Previous experience in a supervisory role is essentialDemonstrated high level of competence and technical experience in general resort property and grounds maintenance and repairs (including electrical, plumbing installations, building and pool maintenance)Experience in Strata property management properties, holiday letting pools and care taking agreements will be highly regardedExperience with Hotel/Resort refurbishment highly regardedCurrent First Aid certificate and comprehensive understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handlingResults orientated, with strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and use initiativeEffective negotiation and problem solving skillsProven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with experience in Strata ownership operationsAbility to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periodsAbility to maintain accurate filing of all maintenance and service records and preparation of monthly reportsTrade qualification desirableCurrent drivers licenseWhere You’ll Begin Your JourneyJust a quick, scenic drive from Hobart International Airport, our Ramada Resort Seven Mile Beach hotel is an eco-friendly resort with picturesque natural surroundings.
