We recruit for a wide variety of office & site-based skillsets in industries such as Resources, Construction, Infrastructure & Facilities Management, Logistics, Justice and Care. Our skilled team of Specialists work in close partnership with contracts to deliver a complete and integrated recruitment experience – our focus is on attracting, retaining and developing highly skilled, motivated candidates. The role We are looking to engage a Recruitment Administrator to join our well-established team and support our contracts with their candidate workforce. The role is based in our office which in located on RAAF Base Darwin, however has regular visits to Defence sites across the NT. You bring your talent, experience, and commitment. We will provide the tools to ensure your success To be successful you will be the person who, has a keen eye for detail, coordinates multiple tasks and at the same time has a passion for change. This job is only for someone that likes to work with people, who is capable of quickly identifying opportunities and matching them with the best placements. It’s fast moving, engaging and most of all interesting. You will be responsible for rostering, timesheets and compliance admin as well as building talent pools for future recruitment opportunities.
