Working within our Corporate division, you will join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.Due to our continued success in the resource sector, we are sourcing a highly capable and confident Recruitment Specialist to be an integral part of our Brisbane recruitment team. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, the successful candidate will play a key role in the recruitment of predominantly trades based personnel across a variety of projects.Key Responsibilities Actively recruiting trades-based personnel utilising a range of sourcing strategiesDelivering a high level of customer service to internal clientsEnsuring mobilisations are carried out in accordance with project requirementsWorking with the Recruitment Team Leader to maintain ongoing customer satisfactionEnsuring the recruitment database is kept updated and maintained What you will bring: You are dynamic and proactive and not afraid to deal with a large volume of recruitment and onboardingExperience in the recruitment of trades-based positionsWell-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skillsThe ability to work cohesively in a teamA commitment to providing excellent customer serviceFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesExposure to Fast track and ERMS systems is preferred but non-essential The benefitsWe provide the benefits you’d expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?
