Description Cooks – Adelaide AirportMultiple casual positions available for experienced applicants (commercial cookery qualifications desirable but not essential). Ideal candidates will have morning (Airport opens from 4am) and day availability. We operate 7 days a week so full availability across that window is great but ideally applicants are available during Monday to Friday and not just weekends. As a cook you will be responsible for: preparing a range of hot & cold meals, production – sandwiches etc stock control and ordering, carrying out regular temperature checks, record wastage ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen. Successful candidates should: Be passionate about food and the product they deliver Have sound knowledge of HACCP regulations and Food safety legislation Hold a Food Safety Certificate or be willing to obtain one Available to be rostered between 4am and 9pm Certificate 2/3 Commercial Cookery qualification is desirable but not essentialAward rates and other associated allowances (travel, uniform late/early work) and weekend rates apply. Note: Employees at Adelaide Airport must obtain and retain a valid ASIC pass, which will involve a federal police check. Interested?
