Job Description

Permanent Part-time, Flexible hours for the right candidate, Tasmanian owned Company.
We are seeking an experienced and professional administrator to be part of our Burnie office.
This position involves co-ordinating technicians to complete maintenance contracts, liaising with our clients, and sub-contractors, assisting the Burnie Brancht Managers with tender submissions and collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of our contract works.
The person we are seeking is a team player with a can-do attitude and good organisational skills.
The successful applicant will need to :

Be flexible
Have excellent Microsoft office skills
Have good written and verbal communications skills
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Be capable of dealing with changing work priorities and meeting deadlines.
Be interested in building up a good working knowledge of our industry.

This is a part-time position for hours per week .
 by the close of business Friday April 2021.
