Based in the JLL Canberra office, you will be responsible for diary maintenance, presentations, arranging travel, and internal JLL expenses, reporting and invoicing to assist ensure the team operates as smoothly and as efficiently as possibleKey responsibilitiesManaging multiple diaries as requested, liaising with internal/external persons, booking venues, within a timely manner for meetings to occur seamlessly,Co-ordinating monthly team meetings, taking and distribution of minutes,Providing support for the planning and coordination of marketing events and functions as required,Coding and submitting and cash reimbursements and payment of invoices,General administration, including creating and formatting various forms of correspondence, emails, and presentations .Sound like the job you are looking for? You are an experienced Administrator or may have even worked as an Executive Assistant before! Equally, you will have the perfect blend of ambition, ability and attitude.
