We help organizations around the world achieve their ambitions by owning, occupying and investing in real estate.What are we seeking?We’re looking for an energetic Office Concierge to provide support to our JLL Canberra Office! This friendly and supportive team is looking for someone to bring their positive attitude, strong skills and natural spark to this position. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing all things reception and assisting in the smooth running of the office ensuring a great experience for both staff and visiting clients and stakeholders.Operating a switchboard, and professionally direct calls to JLL staff and offsite contractors.Keeping accurate visitor logs and issuing visitor passes for all visitors and contractors in the office.Processing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers etc. as required.Managing meeting room bookings for internal and external meetings.Looking after a range of administrative tasks such as staff locker allocations, new starter and leaver office requirements, archiving, office maintenance and repairs, invoice processing, and a range of registers and reports.Ordering stationery, kitchen and office consumables, and meeting catering for the office as required.Being the first port of call for general staff enquiries relating to office equipment, technology, communications and facilities. Sound like you? To be successful, you will be a self-starter with strong follow through skills and have a natural flair for customer service. Reception, administration or customer service experience in a corporate environment is desired but not essential. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise competing priorities, strong organisation skills and attention to detail, always appearing professionally presented and well-spoken.
