Job Description

The purpose of the HR Business Partner is to provide expert HR advice and support to Executive, leaders, and employees on a broad range of human resource management and employee relations matters. This position also contributes to the delivery of a range of People and Organisational Performance initiatives, that support the continued development of a high performance, values led culture across the organisation.Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Support Officer and also with the Business Strategy and the Business Services teams.Key responsibilities:Consultant and engage regularly with business leaders to provide appropriate workforce planning and development initiativesProvide HR advice to the Executive team to optimise effective business decisions across key HR and Organisational Development initiatives including complex employee relations mattersLead recruitment and selection processes including on-boarding activitiesProactively support managers requests in relation to their HR responsibilities and employment arrangementsSupport the Senior HR Business Partner and Executive Manager, People and Organisational Performance to implement organisational review solutions including job design and analysisContribute to the delivery of the People and Culture strategy and maintain continuous improvement across HR policies, procedures and remuneration frameworksDrive the well-being and resilience programs in conjunction with the Human Resources teamSupport the design and implementation of HR systems, processes and policies in collaboration with key stakeholders to maximise an efficient service delivery and robust HR reporting function Key characteristics to be successful in this role: A relevant qualification in Human ResourcesMinimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience ideally within a Professional/Financial Services environmentSound knowledge of Australian Industrial Relations frameworksSignificant experience providing quality HR advice to Executive teamsSophisticated interpersonal and influencing skills that enable effective partnering with key stakeholdersProven capability to proactively shape productive professional relationships both internally and externally through multiple communication channelsAdvanced report writing skills for audiences including Executives, Committees and Board/s with high attention to detailComprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation including WHS and EEO Overall, you will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to build collaborative relationships with an intimate HR team and other managers across the various business groups. Your professional behaviour and committed work ethic will demonstrate your ability to consistently achieve high standards of productivity with utmost integrity.
