Our people are pragmatic, energetic and passionate professionals who bring diverse life experiences to our high performing team.   We are seeking two Recruitment Managers to take the lead for facilitating candidates through our recruitment process, identifying and attracting the best talent for our roles and proactively building our talent pool for future needs.   The successful Recruitment Managers will be highly effective in engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and fully capable of using and leveraging various media platforms. They will be second to none when it comes to attracting candidates, the end-to-end recruitment stages and collating of recruitment data. Most of all we seek people with a positive attitude who are enthusiastic to join our team on a full-time permanent basis in our Canberra Office.   Day-to-day tasks can include: ? Preparing and uploading job advertisements; ? Screening and evaluating candidate applications; ? Scheduling and coordinating appointments; ? Taking part in interviews and reference checking as needed; ? Updating candidate packs and information systems; ? Proactively working to attract talent and build the talent pool; and ? Relationship management of candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders. Skills and experience required: ? Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager. ? Experience recruiting for the Canberra market and exposure to the requirements of Large Federal Government Departments will be viewed favorably. Experience recruiting for roles within Defence will benefit ? Ability to balance competing priorities coupled with exceptional organisation skills; ? Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals, including being able to show initiative and have excellent attention to detail; ? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; and ?
