AREA SALES MANAGER

    About the role:

    As an Area Sales Manager your role is to focus on the attraction of new customers into our communities, focusing on selling a range of services and solutions B2B. A hunter within the industry you should be able to naturally look for leads, proactively self-generate enquires through networking and nurturing the warm leads which come through directly from our global support teams.

    Responsibilities:

    Your role is to drive sales of our entire product range, matching perspective customer requirements to the relevant product.

  • Build effective relationships both internally and externally
  • visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
  • Work as part of a team to drive towards a common goal
  • Own and develop leads through networking, marketing, cold calling and engaging with agents and brokers
  • Support local marketing through the use of social media, referrals and networking compiling lists of prospective client businesses in which to target
  • Showcase the organisation: As part of the world largest provider within the industry we expect you to be proud of working as part of brand, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
  • Monitoring customers’ changing needs within your market and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to Market Sales Director
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods, services and solutions, and resolving any problems arising
  • Preparing sales reports to demonstrate Market performance and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.
  • Grow your business, we expect full accountability against key sales targets and matrix for you as an individual and the operating market

     Working experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales in a service multinational organisation with a successful sales track record
  • Bachelor degree plus 2 years work experience within similar industry, or 5 years in lieu of Qualifications
