About the role:Based in our Gold Coast store, you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.Key Responsibilities:Face to face and telephone customer service and salesMaintaining store stock levelsParticipation in training and personal development sessionsGeneral housekeeping activitiesAdherence to Stratco safety and other policiesTo be successful in this busy and challenging role you will have the following skills and attributes:A passion to deliver outstanding customer serviceExcellent communication skillsAn eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environmentOrganised and self disciplinedConfident to make decisionsA commitment to excellence and self developmentPrevious design consulting or building experience desirableFlexibility to work weekends as required.If you have a passion to provide great customer service and a desire to help people achieve their home improvement goals then you are the right person for this role.
