We are seeking a passionate and vibrant Food & Beverage Attendant to join our energetic, service-centred Team. As our next Food & Beverage Attendant, you will: Be confident in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills Possess a willingness to adapt to different situations Run food and drinks as required Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times Always present yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and public holidays What we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry The possession of a RSA is essential Exception organization and communicative skills The ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task while simultaneously completing assigned work within deadlines Why work for Accor?
