Established in 1935 and with more than 30 sites throughout South Australia, Resthaven works together with older people and their carers to provide outstanding care and supportThis Opportunity:With continued growth across the Resthaven business, we have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Recruitment Business Partner to join our existing, professional recruitment team in a permanent full time capacity. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the end to end recruitment services across an allocated portfolio of the Resthaven organisationAbout the Role: Conduct all advertising, screening, phone interviews, shortlisting and assessment of candidates Develop detailed understanding of stakeholder requirementsManage internal stakeholders expectations and provide high quality and efficient service and candidates to sitesManage all candidate pre-employment assessments and onboarding requirementsEnsure all activity and management of recruitment functions are documented in e-recruitment SystemProvide weekly reporting and maintain regular contact with your allocated portfolio of sites About You: Demonstrated experience in a fast paced high volume end to end recruitment environmentExperience in providing business partner relationships to stakeholdersEffective planning and organisational skills, thriving in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a confidential mannerAbility to be able to use initiative and problem solve to find resolutions to challengesSound computer skills and use of E-recruitment systems Current Drivers Licence to enable travel to siteA Sense of humour and positive attitude in a team environmentPassion for providing an exceptional candidate experience Confident communicator with the ability to develop and maintain sound relations Desirable: experience with assessment centre recruitment methodologies The benefits to you: Access to salary packaging to increase your take home payExtensive training and support for those new to aged careFour free physiotherapy treatments per financial yearAccess to a professional development fund to continue your learning journeyOpportunity for career progression in a large, multi service organisationBe part of a richly diverse and inclusive community where everyone’s uniqueness is valued
