We specialise in challenging the boundaries in order to deliver a sustainable point of difference.We are currently on the lookout to expand our culinary team based on one of our educational sites based close to the Perth CBD.If you are a qualified Chef or Cook who wants to share your appetite for exceptional food, and has: Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations;Experience in high volume kitchen environments;Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations;Attention to detail and great time management;Experience in bulk cooking highly desirable You will be required to hold, or be prepared to obtain, the following: Valid Australian Residency or Work RightsWorking with Children’s Check (employee type)Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie As an employee with Compass Group you will experience the best in workplace safety.
