Experienced Hotel Receptionist/ All Rounder Hospitality / Travel / Tourism Front Office Northern Territory Permanent / Full Time 22/4/2021 Are you an experienced hotel receptionist/Allrounder looking for a sea change? Our client Located in Batchelor is currently seeking a motivated experienced Receptionist/All Rounder with fantastic communication skills & an eye for detail to join their team & are looking for our next superstar for the upcoming season and beyond! This role holds the responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the resorts operations. Daily roles and responsibilities Attend to front office desk functions including but not limited to Reservations, Check-In and Check-Out Procedures Answering Telephones and taking Reservations as required Managing Guest Service requests Liaise with Restaurant, Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff Assist in other areas of the hotel during busy times eg housekeeping, Bar, cafe & shop. Must be flexible with working hours as this position does include some rotating weekend & evening shifts. About you You must have Previous experience in a similar role within hotel/resort and be experienced with using RMS property management system Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of Front Office procedures and computer systems including, Mircosoft Office Programs etc. Must be flexible with working hours as this position does include some rotating weekend & evening shifts. As a Customer Service professional you will be a natural people person with exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
