We are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Events Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team at the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planningManage event setup, pack down and follow-upsIssuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, creating comprehensive and readable financial reportsCreating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline About You Ability to work independentlyExperience coordinating large-scale eventsCapable of working with internal and external teams and partnersAbility to work under strict deadlines About Us:Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services, employing over 600,000 people across 45 countries.
