If you’re inexperienced, then based on your own individual motivations and goals, we’ll guide you to create some targets for you to achieve success. That means picking up the phone and speaking with people. If you’re not prepared to do that then you should probably stop reading now. We’re a relationship, customer focused driven business and you can only build your business by speaking with people.We’ll give you the tools, the training, and the support to build your own business within our business.However, if you’re an experienced recruiter then we’ll sit with you to discuss what you’re looking to achieve in the first few months, and we’ll hold you accountable to that; after all, you’ll back yourself to deliver.It’s too rigid, you’re too big. Your internal brand is just as important as your external brand; therefore, we want you to be yourself.Isn’t recruitment too salesy?This job does involve sales. You must have the ambition to build your business, and part of the process will be speaking with people that you’ve never spoken to before. So, whilst you need to be comfortable with the sales aspect, you’ll also need to be inquisitive, be able to develop relationships, as well be intellectually and socially capable of holding a conversation with people who operate at all levels of a business.WHO ARE YOU?Well, for a start, you’re a team player.
