A stunning property nestled on the outskirts of Bowral in the New South Wales Southern Highlands, Peppers Craigieburn (Craigieburn Resort Pty Ltd) possesses a reputation as one of the region’s premier venues for accommodation, leisure stays, conferencing, weddings and retreats.We are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our Food & Beverage Operation.About the Role:Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role will see you draw on your strong Food & Beverage experience to lead and motivate a small team. Your dedication to exceeding guest expectations to create amazing experiences will also support you to: Ensure smooth service of the Restaurant and Bar across all service periods Support in administrative requirements of the outlets including rostering, stock control & ordering and compliance matters Recruit, induct and train new team members whilst motivating and developing existing team members Respond to guest queries and feedback pre, during and post service Work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to develop packages and promotions to drive revenue and increase exposure Support conferencing as required. About You: Hold a valid NSW RSA Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a similar business Demonstrated ability to work within allocated budgets, stock control and rostering Strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management (internal and external) Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise with a sense of urgency Ability to remain calm when under pressure.
