Administration Assistant

Together, we’re responsible for creating and sustaining authentic Australian engagement.’ We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Seven Sales team on a part-time basis ahead of what promises to be an exciting year at Seven; Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administration support to the Sales Manager and the wider sales team. The team work on selling advertising space on programs such as Big Brother, The AFL, Tokyo Olympics, Holey Moley, Farmer Wants a Wife, The Voice and so much more. This role is part-time, with flexibility provided around hours. Based in Cairns, your responsibilities will include: Internal & external correspondence, handling phones & emails Preparation of sales reports using Excel and various systems Assisting with planning and delivery of team / client / office functions General office administration duties including ordering of stationery and amenities for the office, organising and receiving deliveries and courier freight, checking the post office box Prepare relevant correspondence, monthly/weekly report requirements, presentations and special projects as required Maintaining relationships and collaboration with our Services team in Manilla We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience in an administrative role Excellent attention to detail A mature attitude, demonstrates initiative and ability to work autonomously Ability to work efficiently to set priorities and accomplish tasks in a timely manner Computer skills to an intermediate level – Microsoft Office IT packages – Excel, Outlook, Word, Clear & concise communication skills The Seven Network is part of Seven West Media, one of Australia’s most prominent media companies, with a market leading presence in content across broadcast television, online and in print.
