We’d love someone who has the breadth of experience to be able to cherry-pick from their arsenal of tools to produce the right outcome based on the needs of all stakeholders.What You’ll DoReporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for IT Desktop Support across all our offices. A normal day may see you: Solving desktop technical problems for all levels of incidents and requests;Daily maintenance of IT systems;Coordinating infrastructure and audio-visual requests;Supporting all of our departments, assisting stakeholders from our front line advisors up to our senior executives, including after hours teams;Liaising with staff to identify their specific needs and communicating outcomes effectively;Proactively developing strategies that result in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated SOE deployments;Working in a visible, fast-paced production environment where uptime is critical. About You A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology would be preferred;In-depth knowledge of, and ability to troubleshoot, computers, networks, software, and hardware is essential;The following list of Microsoft suite software and technologies in a desktop environment is highly desirable: Experience with SharePoint, Exchange, WSUS, etc.Windows 10 Desktop Support with Deployment/SCCM and SOE creation skillsMicrosoft Office 365 suite of services, supporting MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online.Familiar with MS Windows Active Directory and Domain Management Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple and straight-forward way to all stakeholders;Proven time management and project coordination skills; Ability to enthusiastically deal with internal customers in a deadline orientated environment;Time management and project coordination skills;Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;Team player that can follow or lead as situations dictate;High level of integrity and professional accountability;The ability to work outside of normal office hours/days when required What Youi Can Offer You Brand new office on the Sunshine Coast with an awesome workplace culture;A role with plenty of variety using an array of technical platforms;Career progression opportunities to grow beyond the role and forge your career in IT!
