About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join our Head Office team. This role will see you managing all aspects of the organisations Marketing activity including Marketing Strategy, digital presence and direction, branding, advertising and key internal and external events. This role is being offered on a full-time, ongoing basis. You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full-time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. About You To be successful in the role you will be able to: Demonstrate a passion and appetite to promote our charitable organisation, the wonderful achievements of our customers, our employers and the values demonstrated by our staff; Demonstrate three to five years’ experience working in a similar capacity in a moderate to large-sized organisation in a senior or management capacity; Demonstrate experience managing digital marketing functions including Search Engine Optimisation and digital advertising across a broad range of platforms; Demonstrate working knowledge of various web design/graphic design tools; Manage public relations activity and corporate publications for a moderate to large-sized organisation; Plan and execute events in accordance with organisational objectives; Manage the Marketing team and work closely with key internal stakeholders to achieve organisational and Marketing objectives; and Hold minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or another relevant discipline.
