Monadelphous are looking for an experienced maintenance manager to lead our growing Maintenance and Service team based in Bibra Lake, WA.In this role you will be responsible for leading our Field Service and Maintenance team as well as our in-house Rigging stores team. This is a challenging and dynamic role within a diverse operational environment, where you will need excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to be successful. You will need a minimum of 5 years-experience in a similar position. Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing and maintaining all Plant & Equipment across the Division with Australia wide coverage. Ongoing growth and development of the maintenance team with a focus on training and development Continue to foster and develop a strong safety culture within the team Liaison and negotiation with a wide range of suppliers and external service providers You will lead and coordinate the delivery of new/leased plant & equipment services to customers both internal and external Ensure compliance and quality standards maintained across maintenance and rigging scopes Liaise with suppliers for externally hired plant & equipment. Work closely with General Managers, Commercial Managers and Operational/Project Managers Working Cooperatively with the Operational team to ensure maintenance activities are aligned to operational objectives and constraints. Lead development of maintenance systems development to improve processes and systems Focus on fleet availability through proactive, planned maintenance activities, minimising down-time Development and management of KPI’s/reporting to ensure clear visibility of fleet availability and maintenance performance Manage people to deliver exceptional service to our large operational division. What you will bring Trade or Engineering Qualification Experience in leading, managing and developing teams Experience of maintenance systems and parts management Experience working with mobile/crawler cranes, trucks and specialised equipment OEM training from Demag/Tadano/Liebherr/Manitowoc will be highly regarded Previous experience in the Resources/Mining Industry will be beneficial Commercially aware with budget management experience Drivers Licence Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise: The safe way is the only way.
