In 2020, the Sandvik Group had approximately 37,000 employees in more than 160 countries.Due to expansion of our operations we require 2 Field Service Supervisors to join and lead our field service team. Standard roster of 9:5 on offer, however alternative rosters will be considered.Areas of responsibilityWork on a 14 day roster cycle (e.g. 9 days on 5 days off), supervising your team of Field Service employeesMotivating, training, and developing your team of Field Service employeesManage, schedule and prioritise service and repair work for our customersLiaising with product support teams for items that require review or redesign to improve the productCoordination and support of all warranty claims for our customersProviding advanced technical support for your team of heavy plant technicians and our customersLeading the Sandvik Safety Culture by conducting yourself in accordance with our EHS Vision to achieve Zero Harm to; our people, the environment we work in, our customers and our suppliers.Your profileAustralian recognised Automotive, Engineering or Electrical Trade Certification – LV Mechanic applications welcomeTechnical experience in the mining industry (underground mobile equipment is looked upon favorably)Supervisory experience in workshop or field service operationsCustomer-focused attitude and commitment to providing efficient internal and external customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat we offerRole related items including Car, Phone, Laptop and TabletRelocation assistanceA rewarding career with diverse opportunitiesA competitive remuneration package12% Superannuation (2.5% above the superannuation guarantee) on all earningsAn Employee Benefits Program including salary sacrifice optionsCompany Performance Bonus schemeLength of Service Recognition programCompany funded paid parental leaveTraining and development opportunities and Education AssistanceWellness programsOur Company and CultureWe conduct business in a sustainable and responsible manner.
