We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Corporate Concierge to join our modern Adelaide CBD office.You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for managing all incoming calls and greeting and assisting clients, visitors and employees with their enquiries. You will also play an important role in working with the Operations Manager to drive office policies and procedures and maintain the pristine condition of the office.Key tasks: Welcoming visitors to the office, and providing coffee/tea/refreshmentsMaintaining the immaculate presentation of our Front of House area, kitchen, and all meeting rooms throughout the dayHandling internal/external calls and taking messagesPrepare corporate documents in MS Office PackagesWord processing and data entry for all Service Lines when requiredEvent planning and arranging catering for all internal eventsSecurity pass control, arranging couriers and daily mailAssisting with onboarding for new startersGeneral office administration duties including archiving, reconciliation of travel account and stock control Who we are looking for?This position will suit a professional who strives to exceed expectations, has initiative, confidence and is customer-oriented. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in an administration/support/customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to maintain a high standard of personal and workplace presentationAbility to initially troubleshoot IT hardware including AV support, Wi-Fi, mobile devices and office equipmentDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracyAbility to problem solve issues through to resolutionAbility to handle conflicting priorities whilst maintaining composureOrganised and able to prioritise tasksIntermediate skill in MS Office packagesEnthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitudeFriendly and a real team player What’s in it for you?
