The University recently temporarily varied its Enterprise Agreement. Please be advised that the salary range, along with other conditions associated with this position, may change in accordance with the variation to the Enterprise Agreement.Continuing, full-time position available immediatelyThis is a great opportunity for a Human Resources individual passionate about recruitment, people and culture to join an established team.The faculty Human Resources Team has a dual purpose. It aims to advance the faculty Strategic Plan whilst delivering high performing HR services including recruitment and selection beginning with workforce planning and job design, administration of high volume casual, fixed term and continuing employment arrangements, HR analytics informing workforce planning outcomes, on/off-boarding, induction, continual improvement of business processes and the maintenance of HR records, data and systems.To be successful you will need: Demonstrated experience in coordinating end to end recruitment and selection practices across a range of various levels.Demonstrated experience in the provision of HR administration services and support, including delivering information, advice and reports and interpreting and applying policy, legislation and industrial instruments.Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.Experience in organising and undertaking multiple tasks with competing deadlines and in applying effective problem solving skills to a range of issues.
