About our OpportunityGiven our continued focus on market expansion, our Digital and eCommerce Sales team is critical to executing the Detmold Group’s Digital and eCommerce strategy and offering. This opportunity has arisen due to one of our valued team members upcoming maternity leave and will be offered as a 12-month Fixed Term contract. The Digital Marketing Executive role supports our Digital and eCommerce strategic objectives and revenue growth through the management of best practice digital and user experience initiatives for all digital interactions with our customers.In this role your key responsibilities will be to: Establish, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns and related budgets across paid media channels including paid search and social for all brands and regionsManage website testing checklist procedures in conjunction with website deployments across all brands, including ERP integration.Project manage product launches, new features, and other website development projects from planning to executionDevelop and optimise promotional code / product discounting frameworks including technical capability, live promo code registers, naming conventions and reporting and analysis across all brandsUpdate content and catalogue data in our Content Management SystemInvestigate and present commercial opportunities with regard to digital marketing across new platforms, channels and formatsDesign workflows and frameworks for marketing automation strategy to optimise the eCommerce customer journey experienceStreamline and systemise processes, naming conventions and documentation across all aspects of digital marketingBuild and manage performance dashboards for website and digital marketing activity across all brands and communicate insights, success and progress to internal and external stakeholders About YouWe’re looking for someone who has had previous experience in digital marketing and digital campaign management ideally across B2B and B2C environments and given our global focus experience in overseas markets will be highly regarded. To be successful in this role you will need to possess well developed technical, process and data management skills combined with experience in: Marketing automation platformsWebsite content management systemsGoogle products suiteSocial media platformsContent planning & scheduling software The ability to work collaboratively within our fast-paced sales environment and establish credible relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to success in the role as will your attention to detail, strong personal accountability, passion for delivering results and resilience to focus and deliver on priorities when under pressure.This role provides the rare opportunity to join a South Australian owned global business that offers a supportive team environment.
