The Content and Channels Manageris an opportunity in our Service Design and Planning departmentbased at our Perth CBD office. This role is a 12 month max termcontract. We’re looking for inspiringpeople who will: Define and manage execution of the customer content strategy for the retail business unit to support delivery of the brand strategy Manage content ideation, creation and publishing across owned, paid and earned customer-facing channels, ensuring the content delivers on our brand strategy Negotiate new and innovative content opportunities through online and offline channels to engage customers and deliver on our content pillars Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the development and execution of effective customer-messaging Our ideal candidate will possessthe following experience and attributes: Extensive working knowledge of social platforms and amplified media channels, and experience in creating rich content including strategy and implementation Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work autonomously, and adapt to support multiple business objectives at any time Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications and Marketing, or similar Located in the heart of thePerth CBD, our offices are appointed with free wellness and leisurefacilities, including a pool, gym and bike storage areas.You’re always just minutes from a huge variety of great foodoptions, spectacular King’s Park, convenient public transportoptions and the best shopping destinations that the city has tooffer.
