They are the market leader in professional hardware trading!About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and people-focused Branch Manager to lead the store to continued success. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail management background with a focus on store operations, coaching and developing a strong team. We are seeking a charismatic and hands-on leader with strong communication skills. A passion and/or knowledge of the trade industry and tools is preferred. In this role, you will be leading a team of up to 15 up to 100 staff (pending location) whilst managing all operational aspects of the business. Exposure to BDM and marketing is a bonus too.
