  • Provide EA support to the Global Energy CEO.
    ​​​​​​​These duties include but are not limited to:
    • Manage the CEO's diary, emails, and communications.
    • Liaise with relevant EA's across the international RPS Group to coordinate travel arrangements of senior RPS Group plc Board/executive member visits to Australia or other locations.
    • Compile monthly, and adhoc executive reports.
    • Contract administration; liaise with legal and accounting advisers to assist with the Energy business's corporate activities.
    • Assist in the preparation of executive presentations, reports, and business submissions.
    • Coordinate regional events/workshops.
    • Organise travel arrangements, and expense reconciliations, etc

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Director (HRD).
    These duties include but are not limited to:
    • Manage the HRD's diary, emails and communications.
    • Organise HRD's travel arrangements, and expense reconciliations, etc
    • Produce monthly and adhoc reports from our HRIS.
    • Manage the People Team email inbox.
    • Manage the probation tracking process of new starters.
    • Support People team in contract administration and drafting various employee letters and documents.
    • Assist the People team in companywide recruitment, including creating roles for approval, drafting and posting job ads, CV screening, and arranging interviews
    • Employee set-up and maintenance within our HRIS system
    • Become the super-user for our companywide performance management portal and assist with user enquiries.
    • Manage new starter gift process and employee milestone/recognition gift cards process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience providing administrative and executive support, preferably supporting two or more people at a time.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, accurate work and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • HR degree or other tertiary studies in HR or Administration is desirable but not required.
