Lifestyle Assistant

We are looking for a part time, experienced and proactive Lifestyle Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our Lifestyle Coordinator at our Strathaven and Strathglen residential facilities in the planning and delivery of appropriate and varied lifestyle programs to enhance and support the individual needs of our residents.Promote and participate in quality activities, and provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends. Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and expertise. You will be responsible for: Participating in the development and delivery of lifestyle programs to our residents, ensuring residents are able to participate and enjoy the programs.Assist with assessments, review and the ongoing evaluation of residents cultural, recreational and leisure needs and lifestyle interests.
