The Role & Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced white collar Recruitment Advisor to join our energetic and focused team, based in West Perth.

We are an honest, results driven and supportive team, providing consistent, high level results to our stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate is someone with an excellent work ethic and an intrinsic instinct to excel in everything they do, who brings energy and passion, along with solid experience, strategies and solutions to ensure business needs are met. 

Skills & Experience Required:

Prior experience recruiting white collar roles, including site based, engineering and corporate, either in a contracting, industrial or construction environment

Have strong work ethic & helpful, nurturing attitude towards dealing with all people

Superb attention to detail, managing and tracking the progress of multiple roles and candidates in a fast paced environment

Proactive searching & sourcing, shortlisting & screening methods

Exposure to Recruitment Management Systems, ideally PageUp

Ability to effectively communicate and influence Line Managers, clients and candidates

Experience in contacting and securing passive candidates for key roles
