What we’re doing… The Account Manager works within our Residential Sales team, based in Fyshwick, Canberra. Representing our brand in the ACT, you will provide genuine and long-term value to your customers with the aim of helping their business grow. The Residential team is the driving force behind our flagship site, realestate.com.au. With realestate.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine – the group of legends working on our little red house are very passionate about what they do. Day to day, you can expect to: Be up for some variety as no two days are the same! Nurture our key customer base, ensuring they see the value of our products Using a solutions-based sales approach, be hungry to achieve Use your excellent public speaking skills to confidently deliver presentations Who we’re looking for… Someone with a few runs on the board – you will be experienced in sales and account management with demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets. We need someone who can: Adapt and thrive in an evolving environment Bring extensive sales experience in a similar role Work autonomously: our sales team are on the road a lot, so we want to know you can work effectively on your own! Analyse and create beneficial insights drawn from data to demonstrate value Demonstrate an exceptional sales methodology Build and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders across all levels of business Communicate effectively: you will be an engaging storyteller!
