The Position, but limited to

Implementing the strategic marketing plan within specified budgets

Closely analysing the key performance indicators of the marketing traffic, sales and PR

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring you understand their business and being quick to identify any issues

Rolling out campaigns and strategy with clearly defined objectives – measuring the ROI – then analysing ways for improvement

The Criteria:

Experience in property marketing is desired 

Degree qualified in a marketing related area

Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Immaculate presentation

Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
