About the role Recruitment of high-volume numbers, whilst being able to manage an end to end recruitment process which will include various client approval systems including ERMSUtilizing cost effective and strategic planning to source suitable candidatesProviding a high level of customer service to candidates and talent poolsLiaising with relevant internal stakeholders daily to ensure the supply of personnel is being met in the required timeframesMaintain personnel records, ensure information contained in personnel file is current and comprehensive and complies with statutory record keeping requirementsLiaise with Altrad’s Training Facility to ensure all pre-mobilisation training requirements are metMaintaining and utilizing internal recruitment databases and social media accounts i.e. LinkedIn, SEEK and Facebook About you Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment within the resources industryExperience working within in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, preferably within a contractor or labor hire environmentProven experience using internal recruitment and mobilisation tools such as FastTrack 360, ERMSWell organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and prioritiesHigh attention to detail and strong communication skills Please contact our friendly recruitment team on 1300 142 806 for more information.
