Systems knowledge with the ability to provide effective and efficient facilitationof reports, meetings and general support is required.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your commercial real estate exposure and work ina corporate environment that can really take you to your next career goal. This role will ideallysuit someone with commercial real estate experience who is looking to grow with a global realestate company.We are open to this position being based in Adelaide or Melbourne.Here is a snapshot of some of the day to day duties required; Coordinate the production of texts and lengthy documents, presentations and submissions using various software; control the quality of final products (layout, grammar, language). Log and manage workflow in job management systems as relevant. Assist in the preparation of all correspondence, quotes, valuation reports, new proposals, etc. Manage the invoice and accounts payable process for the team.. Coordinate travel bookings. Management of debtors. Co-ordinate/organise in-house and external client events when necessary. Organising the coding and submitting of credit card and Cash Reimbursements for team. Preparation for meetings – agenda, minutes, consolidated reports and fee forecasting. Perform routine administrative tasks, such as filing, processing documentation and archiving jobs. Answer routine enquiries on the organisation’s service and products, re-direct calls to other departments and distribute messages. Undertake in-house training as it is made available. Work closely with other support staff and accept responsibilities as delegated. Have a sound knowledge of office procedures and an attitude to accept responsibilities and to work autonomously as required but also participate as a team member within the business unit and with other administration support within the JLL business Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for: EA / Secretarial or equivalent role experience within a Professional Services organisation An interest in or background in the property industry (specifically valuations) will be highly regarded Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). Experience in formatting and editing lengthy Word documents. Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required. Strong organisational skills. Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work towards and achieve tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
