You will have a passion for providing a high level of customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively and professionally. Your strong understanding of digital content creation, its influence, and online community engagement will see you succeed in this role. About the role:Working in conjunction with the Marketing and Events Coordinator, the Digital Content Intern is responsible for creating digital content as part of the implementation of the Life Care Connect (Life Care’s internal staff and volunteer app) communications strategy. Your responsibilities will include:Creating and posting all digital content onto Life Care Connect.Assisting with monitoring, moderating and responding to all User Generated Content according to written policy.Ensuring all staff, volunteers and clients have a positive experience during the content creation process.Ensuring all written content is written in a professional, concise and authentic manner. What do we need from you?A current National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable People)A current 2020/2021 Flu VaccinationCurrently studying a tertiary qualification in a Communications or Marketing discipline, or similar. To learn more about this fantastic opportunity to join one of South Australia’s most highly regarded aged care organisations, please contact Nicole Abfalter, People and Culture Coordinator on 8239 9800. Please include a cover letter outlining your suitability for this position, and a copy of your resume.Applications close COB Friday 30th April 2021. Apply Now!
