Each of the 1200 hiring decisions we make impacts our ability to create memorable experiences, so we partner with the experts – our business unit managers, to gain valuable insights on requirements whilst advising on best practice talent strategies. Constantly driving business improvement initiatives and striving to be ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving talent industry, our Talent Acquisition Lead will bring a blend of new ideas, specialist industry knowledge and evidence based, best practice selection strategies. Positioning Crown as an employer of choice in the market in order to attract, influence and place untapped, top talent will be a key driver. In conjunction with meeting their recruitment objectives, our Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee a busy internal temp desk comprising of 300 casuals so effective workforce planning to meet on-demand labour requirements will also be a fundamental focus. Our Talent Acquisition Lead will see the true value that people bring to an organisation, be well connected and enjoy the demands of a fast paced, challenging environment. They will continuously motivate the talent team to be a high- performing, value-adding function who contribute to the organisation’s growth and success whilst mitigating risk. This fulltime opportunity is offered on a maximum term 12 months contract. Essential Criteria: Extensive internal end-to-end or 360 recruitment experience Experience managing a team of direct reports Exposure to high volume recruitment targets and assessment centres Strong knowledge of Employment Legislation, EEO, Anti-Discrimination Acts and Visa compliance A true passion to drive and influence Inclusion and Diversity Proven success working inside a broad range of market segments Experience with mentoring and educating Hiring Leads and Talent teams A capability to develop and execute sourcing attraction and strategies Ability to develop and implement measurable and defensible selection techniques Self-motivation to consistently meet recruitment metrics and KPI’s that measure success Preferred Criteria: Experience managing a temp desk or workforce planning function within an organisation If you would like to see the Position Description for the full list of duties and selection criteria of the position, please call 08 9362 8099.
