The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen in our Canberra office for a full-time Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be personable, professional and well presented. You should display a strong attention to detail and work well within a team environment.Responsibilities will include the following:• Answering internal and external calls for a national switchboard;• Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors;• Booking meeting rooms;• Ordering and receiving couriers;• Incoming and outgoing mail data entry, • General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required; and • Catering and function assistance. Who We Are Looking ForThis is a key role. Reception is the face of the firm and the right candidate must be articulate and have excellent presentation and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a vibrant, intelligent receptionist who has confidence within a professional environment. You will have the ability to display initiative, have a good attention to detail and a strong client focus. We require someone with excellent organisational skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a corporate reception is preferred and salary commensurate with experience.
