Ours is a culture built over nearly 50 years, and it’s the reason for our continued success.Our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division has extensive experience providing multidisciplinary services and delivering successful outcomes to customers in the mining and minerals sector operating in Central and South West WA.Reporting to the Fleet Services Superintendent, you will undertake the Labour Coordinator position working full-time Mon-Fri based in Perth. This role will be primarily responsible for delivering all aspects of end-to-end mobilisation for our maintenance projects within the Southern Region including Bunbury, Kalgoorlie and Roxby Downs. Working closely with the operational team, this position will be conducting labour rostering, mobilisation, forecasting and reporting, with a strong focus on employee/candidate care.Key responsibilities Seamlessly deliver end-to-end mobilisation for our southern region employeesCollaborate with operational managers to plan and forecast labour demandsWork in a small, high-performing team to deliver project requirements on timeManage employee rosters and allocate casual employees to various maintenance projectsBook flights, accommodation and other travel for employees as requiredRe-schedule and adapt to rostering changes, ensuring a high level of communication to site managersProvide a high level of customer service to internal and external customersPrepare and maintain accurate information and correspondenceReport on labour compliance, forecasts, shortages/surpluses from internal system What you will bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Site Administration, rostering or mobilisation position within the resources sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong initiative in your workStrong time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesProficient computer skills, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suiteStrong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality The benefitsWe provide the benefits you’d expect from a leading Australian company, but what makes us different?
