Job Description

Advance your career as a Personal Assistant supporting two General Managers within Finance Communities and Commercial Property at Stockland. Based in our Sydney head office, while also offering flexibility to balance working between the office and home. You will thrive working with diverse teams and leadership, and will be the key line of contact, providing administrative support alongside high-level coordination. Please note, this is a parental leave contract ending in February 2024.

About the role

Some of the responsibilities will include: 

  • Diary Management and coordination of any related travel requirements
  • Managing inbox and confidential information as required
  • Prioritising correspondence accordingly and briefing the General Managers
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence and reports as required to deadlines
  • Information management and retrieval from relevant systems, including managing files and records and maintenance of processes
  • Provision of extensive administrative support including minutes taking and preparation of agendas
  • Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Set up team days, organise team meetings and set up purchase orders for approval.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of monthly board papers
  • About You

  • Experienced, confident Personal Assistant accustomed to working in a fast paced, deadline driven, changing environment
  • A background within the Finance industry is preferable but not essential
  • Experience working in a high performing team in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with SharePoint, Ariba, SAP & Fraedom would be highly regarded but not essential
  • Working experience in using Microsoft Windows applications for diary management, word processing capabilities and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Collaborative working style in conjunction with strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
