Want to make a difference in 2022?
The difference you can make includes supporting our customers with daily activities in the community, assisting with appointments, administering medication, or offering support in one of our houses. This may involve staying overnight to provide support as required. As a support worker, you will be integral in supporting our customers to meet their personal goals, either in the workplace, community, or home. We are currently seeking Support Workers for various locations across the metropolitan areas. We have positions to suit your work-life balance, from casual hours to overnight positions.

• Have a full driver’s licence and be willing to their roadworthy, comprehensively insured vehicle, if required, to transport our customers to activities or appointments

• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Can commit to a minimum of 5 hours a week

What we offer
• Above the award rates depending on your skills and experience. The below rates will also attract afternoon and nightshift loading and weekend rates where applicable.
o Level 1 - New to the industry with less than 6 months experience and no qualification - $24.99
o Level 2A - 2 years experience or more and actively working towards their Certificate III or Employees with a Certificate III or higher will start at this level - $29.32
o Level 2B - Employees with relevant Certificate IV or higher qualification will start at this level - $30.23
