Front Of House Supervisor For Restaurant

Blond Catering is looking for an energetic FOH Supervisor for our busy Café 44 at the prestigious Cruising Yacht Club of Australia and varied events. Experience in a high-volume environment is essential, as is a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Key requirements for the position include:
• Hands on leadership style, with experience in multiple hospitality operations
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work duties to meet deadlines
• Ability to think on your feet and be an effective problem solver
• Have the ability to effectively communicate with clients, members, staff and suppliers
• Ensure the team is providing a consistent, high standard of customer service
• Ability to train and develop staff members
• Assist with reservation enquiries
• Demonstrate high level of responsibility and ownership

To be successful in this position you must have:
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• RSA certificate
• Be a natural leader, driven towards positive outcomes
