Your mission: To create memorable experiences for customers by providing a high level of personalised service.

At Crown Perth, memorable experiences are created by being passionate and working together. The Nobu Perth team are looking for Host’s to join them on a part time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting their guests in the Nobu style, ensuring their dining experience is smooth and most important memorable.

Your Experience:

Previous Restaurant Host experience Acting as first point of contact for all guests; meet & greet, handling reservations, seating, handing out menus Handling phones, e-mails and in person inquiries, reservation requests, group bookings, take away orders, etc Managing floorplans, seating plans, allocations for various seating periods Familiarizing Nobu VIP’s and regular guests and handling them accordingly Maintaining opening and closing checklists and protocols Handling financial transactions; settlements, billing, deposits, refunds, pre-payments, gift cards, comp cards, loyalty cards, vouchers. Responsible for operational floats for restaurant Handling guest requests, complaints as and when they arise

Experience with POS systems

Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced venue

Ability to work under pressure

Willing to maintain a high level of grooming and presentation

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a team

Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
