Spend your days and evenings in the luxurious surrounds of the chic and sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar at Sofitel Brisbane Central. By day the lounge is a popular meeting place to enjoy a coffee or mocktail. By night, subdued lighting combined with the twinkling Brisbane city skyline creates an atmosphere to enjoy elegant beverages, light meals and snacks. 

As a Food and Beverage Attendant and aspiring Cocktail Bartender in Cuvee, you will be able to use your polished service skills and desire for fine food and beverage to touch the hearts of our guests and make their special occasions truly unforgettable.

Success in this role is the ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and work well with others as an all-rounder and team player. Perfectly suited to those who have an intermediate level of food and beverage service skills and are eager to learn from on-the job training.

A Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification, flexibility to work weekdays, nights and weekends and immaculate personal presentation is a must. In addition, you will have a positive attitude, the desire to provide phenomenal customer service, and an ability to greet guests with a friendly “Bonjour” or “Bonsoir” and a warm smile.
