The Opportunity:

We currently have an opportunity available for a Team Assistant to join our Perth office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to expand your current administrative skillset or if you are looking to move into an entry level administrative based role.

As a Team Assistant with Ashurst, you’ll be responsible for providing general administrative assistance such as:

  • creating and amending documents
  • arranging meetings, conferences or video calls
  • data entry for record keeping and updating client databases
  • processing and submitting expense claims and other administrative tasks
  • assisting Practice Executives with creating, amending and finalising of client invoices and associated monthly client reporting
