We have an exciting and unique opportunity for someone looking to kick start their administration career within a global organisation.

The role is critical in providing administration and facilities support to the business locally in Adelaide, as well as supporting the national telephony team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming national calls from internal Aon clients
  • Day to day facilities management, office management/front of house management, general office
  • Handle meeting room bookings, catering, stock control for kitchen, boardroom and stationery
  • Organise staff functions, boardroom lunches, catering, function invitations
  • Accounts administration, purchase orders, invoices
  • Management of corporate phones, car park, workstations, equipment repairs
  • Liaise with building management and organise staff building security access
  • IT asset management and equipment maintenance
  • Onboarding of new staff members
  • About You:
    This position is ideal for someone looking for a business support role and who prides themselves on their administration, customer service and communication skills.

  • Exceptional people skills and the ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders including colleagues , suppliers and clients
  • Excellent problem solving skills and initiative
  • Previous administrative, reception or business support experience (highly regarded)
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as in a team-based collaborative environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office programs
