    Are you an HR BP or Senior HR Advisor looking to join an organization that is progressive and forward thinking in their approach? Would you truly enjoy being solely responsible for a full HR function and feel motivated about the prospect of joining a collaborative team.

    This role is a rare opportunity to be involved in both internal HR duties AND dip your toes into HR consultancy work with their consultancy division. You will partner directly with the CEO and work closely with leaders in the business to support employee growth and development.

    In this role you excel in: 

  • Coordinating the end-to-end employee life cycle process such as onboarding, offboarding, inductions, performance management, remuneration reviews.
  • Maintain Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Provide advice, coaching, feedback and support to key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute contemporary people solutions across employee lifecycle
  • Fostering a positive, collaborative and successful culture through diversity and inclusion
