We’re on the hunt for a motivated, influential and passionate HR Business Partner to support our APAC operations in all areas of HR including succession planning, workplace culture, leadership development, performance motivation, employee relations and reward. This role is also aligned to one of our major business units, providing HR advice and global strategic support that delivers positive business and workplace culture outcomes globally.

This is a fixed term, part time maternity cover position offered on a 12 month fixed term contract for 20 hours per week.

What will you be responsible for?

• Working closely with our leaders, both in Australia and globally to provide HR guidance and advice
• Partnering with our Solution Delivery team supporting this global business unit
• Providing employee relations/employment law advice within your portfolio
• Coaching and supporting our leaders and team members in people and culture related matters
• Managing all HR and employee experience activities – end to end lifecycle, with assistance from our HR Administrator

What does our ideal candidate look like?

• We’re looking for someone with outstanding HR knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships
• You will look outside the square and question the status quo – we’re moving towards a contemporary and modern approach to HR
• Someone who doesn’t get bogged down in policy and procedure – we hate bureaucracy and overly complex HR functions
• Someone with excellent stakeholder engagement skills – we need to get everyone onboard and listen to our stakeholders needs
• Experience in the technology sector ideal, but not essential
