With flexible working arrangements on offer (home, client site, JLL offices) and the opportunity to work on one of the largest most diverse portfolios in Australia, we need an experienced Commercial Property Manager who is up for the challenge!

With this National Portfolio you’ll be supported by a geographically diverse team and you can be based in any capital (you choose!). There is an exciting opportunity to travel to sites from the rugged outback to the most pristine beaches on our shorelines. This is certainly not a role for the faint hearted!

A snapshot of the day-to-day duties;

Liaising with landlords/ tenants being the first point of contact

Managing leasing arrangements and critical dates

Property inspections

Reporting

Attending internal/ external meetings

You are highly organised and take great pride in being accurate with everything you do

You’re self-motivated and can keep yourself focused on balancing your workload

You’re energetic and love letting your personality show through

You possess a high standard of communication and can relate to others easily

You are passionate about offering excellent customer service

You hold a current Real Estate Licence or relevant registration/ certification (relevant to state in Australia) with a proven track record in commercial property management

Please note as this is working on a government portfolio, you will need to be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain the relevant baseline security clearance.
