About the Job:

O’Shea’s currently have vacancies for Sub-Contractors across all areas of Adelaide. Providing cleaning services to commercial clients such as offices, cafes, restaurants and other commercial businesses. Services may include:

• vacuuming, 
• mopping, 
• dusting, 
• oven cleaning, 
• window cleaning, 
• grease removal and more. 

Hours will vary as cleaning is generally completed when the business is closed, after business hours for offices and late evenings/early mornings for restaurants.

 

The services to be provided will vary from job to job, specifications will be issued for each job. You’ll be required to liaise with clients from time to time.

 

Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate. 

 

We have attractive and rewarding rates to attract the highest calibre of person, which will be discussed at interview.

 

About You:

• Police clearance or willingness to complete one
• Current drivers licence and access to vehicle
• Have your own (basic) cleaning equipment such as mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner etc
• Have an active ABN
• Have appropriate insurance in place
• Excellent communication – above and beyond customer service skills
• Comfortable to travel and work out and about in the community, unsupervised
• An eye for detail, you quality check your own work – only the best for our customers!
• Being your smile with you – good sense of humour and a positive attitude is a must
• Flexible with work hours – including some weekends, evenings and early mornings
• Able to travel to various locations with your own transport and cleaning equipment
